His practice focuses mainly on commercial dispute resolution, energy law, banking and finance law. Dalaus has registered notable success handling large taxation disputes. Dalaus has vast experience in advising some of the world’s largest energy companies, governments and shareholders on acquisitions, contracts and disputes arising therein. Dalaus has successfully handled several complex litigation matters for and on behalf of multinational and local companies, government parastatals, banks and regional organisations. According to Dalaus , one of the most fulfilling things about work at Nordien Associates is the firm presents different opportunities and challenges every day.
